Da Columbia wegen dem Recording Ban of 1942-44 für diese Session keine Musiker anstellen konnte, engagierte das Label die Bobby Tucker Singers als Ersatz. Der Komponist und Arrangeur Alec Wilder schrieb ein raffiniertes A-cappella-Arrangement, bei dem der Chor mit Harmonien und rhythmischen Gesängen den Part übernahm, den sonst die Streicher und Bläser gespielt hätten.
Der Song wurde ein Top-10-Hit in den Billboard-Charts.
