Die Erinnerung an die Aufnahmen von Machine Head in Montreux. Das Casino, in dem die Band aufnahm, brannte während einem Konzert von Frank Zappa und den Mothers Of Invention ab, so dass die Aufnahmen im Grand Hotel gemacht werden mussten. Der Umzug war einfach, weil die Band mit dem Mobilen Studio der Rolling Stones aufnehmen konnten, dem «Rolling truck Stones thing», wie es im Text genannt wird. Ohne Verzögerungen ging es allerdings nicht: «Machine Head» konnte fast komplett in Montreux eingespielt werden, aber für das dokumentarische «Smoke On The Water» reichte die Zeit nicht mehr. Die Aufnahmen mussten in London finalisiert werden.
