Entweder 15 oder 50 LPs, je nach Quelle, wurden von dieser Komposition für eine Ausstellung von Harald Paris in der Galerie Withofs in Brüssel gepresst.
Harald Paris und Don Buchla hatten ihre Ateliers bzw. Werkstätten im selben Gebäude in Oakland. Paris stellte Suzanne Ciani und Don Buchla einander vor. Suzanne Ciani kam vom Artificial Intelligence Lab der Stanford University, wo sie unter anderem bei Max Matthews studiert hatte. Produziert wurde dieses Album im Studio der Radiostation «KPFA» in Berkley, wo Suzanne Ciani die Tonbandmaschinen in der Sendepause, Nachts zwischen 0 und 6 a.m. benutzen konnte.
